Welcome to the first episode of the UVT Tuna Challenge 2024. This kick-off episode features Captain Cory Crochetiere aboard his boat, Sikk Addiktion, alongside the crews of Salt of the Earth Sportfishing and Dying Breed Sportfishing.

The day was filled with action as the teams, operating on little to no sleep, adapted to last-minute changes in fishing spots and strategies. Despite these challenges, the enthusiasm was undeniable, with the crew successfully landing over 30 tunas.

The episode showcases not just the successes but also the realities of fishing under challenging conditions—dealing with saltwater spray on the equipment and the physical toll of continuous jigging. The culmination of the day's hard work was a casual gathering featuring tuna poke, celebrating the day's catch with the whole team.
